13./9. MARCZIKA KFT. DATA MANAGEMENT BY

During the product order, the data provided by the customer will be sent to Marczika Kft. After the product order has been finalized. In the case of bank card payments, the data of the bank card and the card payment transaction are managed by CIB Bank, the related data are not collected by Marczika Kft.

The purpose of data management:
Establishing and monitoring the implementation of the contract concluded for the products marketed by Marczika Kft. Invoicing of purchase / contract fees and enforcement of related receivables.
The purpose of managing the e-mail address is Ekertv. Fulfillment of a legal obligation pursuant to Section 6 (2) (sending a confirmation e-mail).

Legal basis for data management:
Data processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract concluded with the customer and the legal obligations of Marczika Kft. [Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. (b) and (c)]

Scope of data managed:
Surname and first name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and customer purchase information.

Duration of data management:
The data will be processed by Marczika Kft. From the fulfillment of the order until the end of the five-year limitation period of the civil law (§ 6:22 of the Civil Code) and will be deleted thereafter. The invoices issued during the purchase are issued by Sztv. Due to Section 169 (1) and (2), they are retained for a period of 8 years.

Recipients of personal data:
The data of each order is stored electronically on the server of the hosting provider in Hungary. Only the data absolutely necessary for the delivery of the product will be provided to the courier service: the name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number of the customer. The transfer of the buyer's name and delivery address is required for the delivery of the product, and the e-mail address and telephone number are required for the contact necessary for delivery.
