Tillandsia harrisii: The natural habitat of Central America, Gautemala, including Zacapa County. It grows on rocks 500 meters above sea level. Species with a rosette leaf structure with medium-sized grayish-green leaves. The inflorescence is protruding, sword-like and orange or red in color. The flowers are purple and tubular. Light-requiring plant, but protect it from the scorching sun in summer. Get water once a week in winter. Its excessive collection has led to the endangerment and protection of the Tillandsia species, which is listed on CITES. We offer our Tillandsia harrisii plants from our stock of vegetative propagation. Also recommended for beginners.
